Matt Hoffman PT, DPT
Co-Owner and Doctor of Physical Therapy
Matt has a passion for helping others. Physical Therapy came natural to him and he enjoys working with his patients to transcend their level of function.
He has experience in inpatient, outpatient, corporate and home care Physical Therapy. He is able to effectively treat a wide range of patients including orthopedics, neurological and vestibular. As a former athlete, he is able to motivate and encourage his patients in order to reach their goals
Matt played high school and college football – he attributes his summer workouts to his success on and off the field. He has designed summer clinics for all ages to start to promote functional mobility/stability and improve overall performance. He hopes to make an impact on our communities young athletes and help them reach their goals.
Matt lives in Hundertdon county, NJ, is an avid Eagles fan, loves to cook and spend time with his family. Matt received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Widener University. He went on to become McKenzie Certified, a graston practioner, and a TPI level 1 medical practioner.

Dr. Adam Freitag graduated from The Widener University Institute for Physical Therapy Education in 2010. He has worked with several Physical Therapy Practices in South Jersey including Cooper, Novacare, Virtua, Fox Rehab, and Bayada.
Dr. Freitag has 10+ years of experience in geriatrics and orthopedics. He is a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). He is certified in Functional Dry Needling, a Credentialed Clinical Instructor and studying for a Lifestyle Medicine Certification.
A native of South Jersey, Dr. Freitag attended Cherokee High School. He grew up playing many sports including hockey, football, and basketball. When he is not treating patients, he enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
